Taiwan 2019. Client: Liu Family Pan Fried Buns (劉家水煎包) Freelance Role: Logo & Character Designer

Liu Family Pan Fried Buns is a popular Taiwanese street food restaurant that specializes in pan fried pork buns and has been featured on food networks such as BuzzFeed.
The client wanted a “cute anamorphic porkbun character mascot” for their store to be used on store signage, packaging and other marketing media. I incorporated Chinese brushstroke like lines to give off a mix of modernity and tradition for the mascot.

Labmo Plus is a subsidiary company of Rightek located in New Taipei City.
​They specialize in renting laboratory equipment and scientific instruments to educational institutions. ​The clients desired a logo that would reflect the professionalism of their scientific and research based company but also something that would attract their target audience of research students. I opted for a solid and clean design that also hinted at a bit of playfulness with the flask shape for the A.
